Design is only as good as the process that brings it to life.
With years of project management experience at a design agency—and hundreds of successful site launches under my belt—I’ve developed a strong process for guiding clients of all kinds (marketing directors, C-level execs, business owners) through a smooth and effective web design journey; leading to many positive reviews and return clients.
The PM Role
Culture & Team Leadership
It’s important to me to create an environment where everyone feels connected and that they have a voice. I encourage open communication, celebrate wins—big and small—and make sure everyone knows their responsibilities and deadlines. By fostering teamwork, open communication and accountability, I help keep the energy high and the project moving forward smoothly, so we can deliver the best possible results together.
Creative Direction & Alignment
Part of my role is making sure the creative work stays aligned with the goals we set from the start. It’s easy for projects to drift, especially when there are lots of ideas in the mix—so I help keep the team focused on what matters most: the audience, the brand, and the outcome we’re aiming for. I act as a sounding board, ask the right questions, and make sure every decision supports the bigger picture.
Communication & Client Management
A large part of being successful in the PM role is setting and re-setting healthy expectations. I like to keep things clear from the start—laying out timelines, deliverables, and what each step of the process looks like. I check in regularly, share weekly progress report cards, and make room for feedback along the way, so when inevitable surprises come about we can quickly pivot and keep expectations and the project on track.
Conflict Resolution
A key part of project management is spotting challenges before they become roadblocks. I stay tuned in to team dynamics and client feedback, so if tensions or misalignments come up, they’re addressed early and openly. I approach conflict with curiosity, not judgment—creating space for honest conversations and shared solutions. By staying calm, clear, and focused on the end goal, I help keep the team aligned and the project on track.
